Terms and conditions of sale
1. Preamble
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTCS") govern sales between :

And any individual or legal entity making a purchase via the solecooler.com website (hereinafter "the Customer").
All orders imply unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Delivery
- Products are shipped to the address indicated by the Customer.
- Indicative lead times are specified when the order is placed.
- Maximum delivery time: 30 days (article L.216-1 C. conso).
- In the event of delay, the customer may request cancellation and reimbursement of the order.
- Shipping costs are specified before the order is validated.
3. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a legal period of 14 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision. As a commercial gesture, SoleCooler extends this legal period and accepts withdrawal requests up to 30 days after receipt of the products.
To exercise this right, the Customer must notify their decision using the return form provided by SoleCooler.
If you do not wish to use this form, you may notify your withdrawal by email, providing your contact details and order information. A standard withdrawal form is available in the appendix of these Terms and Conditions.
Returned products must be in good overall condition and complete, suitable for reuse. As an exception to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code regarding personalized goods, SoleCooler accepts, as a commercial gesture, the return of cut insoles. In this case, the cut-off pieces resulting from adjusting the insoles must also be returned with the product to allow for recycling.
Return shipping costs are covered by SoleCooler.
A full refund of all amounts paid (including initial shipping costs, if applicable) will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt and inspection of the returned products.
4. Return policy
Our insoles have been independently tested by laboratories, which confirmed the temperature increase on the warm side and the decrease on the cold side.
However, the foot has few thermal sensors and the temperature change occurs gradually. Some people may therefore not immediately feel either the warming effect on the warm side or the cooling effect on the cold side.
We recommend using the insoles for several hours for the thermal effect to manifest:
– In winter: a feeling of warmth or absence of cooling;
– In summer: a feeling of cooling or absence of heating.
If you do not experience any thermal comfort after use, you can return your insoles within 30 days of receipt, including if they have been cut. Products must be clean, in good overall condition, and suitable for reuse.SoleCooler will then recondition your insoles and redistribute them. For more information, please consult the dedicated page.
Return procedure:
1. Fill out the return form provided by SoleCooler.
2. We will contact you to provide the return label.
3. Send back your insoles in their complete and clean condition, in the original packaging, along with the cut-off pieces from adjustments to allow for 100% recycling.

5. Recycling program
Insoles ClimFeet insoles are designed to last approximately one year. After this period, the Customer may return them to SoleCooler as part of our recycling program and receive a 10% discount on their next order. or more information about the program, please consult the dedicated page.
Recycling procedure:
1. Fill out the dedicated form provided by SoleCooler.
2. We will contact you to provide the return label.
3. Send back your insoles in their complete and clean condition, along with the cut-off pieces from adjustments, and the original packaging if you still have it, to allow for 100% recycling.
4. After receipt and verification of the products, SoleCooler will send a 10% discount code,usable on the next order within 90 days from the date of issuance.

6. Legal warranties
The seller is bound by legal warranties:
- Legal Warranty of Conformity (Articles L.217-3 to L.217-20 of the Consumer Code):
valid for 2 years from the date of delivery.
- Warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 C. civ.) :
The buyer may ask for the sale to be rescinded or for the price to be reduced.

- Product misuse,

12. Personal data protection (GDPR)
- Personal data is used solely for processing orders and maintaining commercial relations.
- The customer has the right to access, rectify and delete data by contacting serviceinfo@solecooler.com.
- No data is passed on to third parties without your consent.
